Mark Luciani
Mark is the President and owner of America One Mortgage Corporation, DBA, America One Mortgage Group. He’s been active in the mortgage and real estate industry since 1990 with a broad range of experience, including purchase and refinance transactions (conventional, FHA, VA, Commercial and Non-QM), reverse mortgages, condominium conversions, new construction, communities with litigation, REO financing, working with realtors and builders on handling their buyer transactions and assisting them in developing in-house financing teams.
He’s a former President of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) San Diego Chapter and Capitol Hill Lobbyist for mortgage regulations and reform. He has current and previous experience as a Director and Vice President with HOA Associations. He’s been a licensed California Broker since 2003 and registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System since 2011. He has held mortgage licensing certifications in 15 states He attended California State University in San Marcos, CA, where he studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Aaron Johnson
Aaron has been helping Families and REALTORS create wealth through home ownership by providing sound advice, effective mortgage strategies and a great mortgage experience for over 30 years. He enjoys helping families develop mortgage strategies that encompass a family’s long term real estate plans. Aaron has held a California Real Estate Brokers license since 1994. In 1994 Aaron founded CMMC a mortgage brokerage. He was the owner/broker of CMMC for over 15 years. Aaron has become an effective and inspirational public speaker and real estate trainer. He has taught VA home buying classes for military commands through the San Diego area, including the USN Seal Teams. He has taught a variety of continuing education and marketing classes for the San Diego Association of REALTORS and other organizations. Aaron is a certified life coach through both Robbins-Madanes (Tony Robbins and Cloe Maddanes) and Strategic Intervention. He is an advanced instructor and advanced coach for Relational Wisdom 360. Aaron earned his BS degree in Organizational Leadership at BIOLA University.
